Thousand Oaks shooting suspect was a 28-year-old Marine Corps veteran



Marine Corps veteran Ian David Long, 28, the man accused of killing 12 at a nearby country bar late Wednesday before shooting himself, was a former machine gunner and decorated combat veteran of the war in Afghanistan who, authorities said, had an episode of erratic behavior last spring that suggested post-traumatic stress disorder.

    If that Sherif and guard only had their own Abram tank with flame trower this never had happend. more tanks, we need more tanks in the street. and landmines, and barb wire. A good guy with a tank will stop a bad guy with a tank.

    Any time you walk in these bars and clubs you are susceptible to this type of criminality so to say and not knowing if you'll walk back out the door or be carried out the door..thats all these places are good for and always have been..its just more reported anymore..
