The Grand Tour has an elaborate way of producing its show. While it’s focus is solely on cars, it always delves into a number of skits and comedic moments orchestrated by the three presenters – Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond, and James May. Fans of the franchise naturally hang off of every word this trio say; and most recently they have been listening intently to Jeremy’s confessions from his enormous career on TV. In particular, he has mentioned ones about him getting a makeover.
Jeremy is not one to mince words when it comes to his celebrity appearances.
While his Twitter account sees him revealing the truth behind his various comments, he most recently spoke to a publication about his history in show business.
Speaking to The Sun, Jeremy was quizzed over whether he had received any botox in his time on TV.
He dubiously replied: “Er, no, of course I haven’t had Botox.”
These various line-ups included Friends star Matt LeBlanc – who left shortly after hosting just one season.
In a recent episode of the popular game show, Jeremy asked a contestant a Friend’s related question, which read: “In the sitcom ‘Friends’, which character is a palaeontologist?”
The quiz show hopeful was given four answers to choose from – Ross, Joey, Monica, or Rachel – of which he responded Ross, the correct answer.
And Jeremy couldn’t help but take a cheeky jab at his former replacement, Matt, before the question was off the screen.
He slyly said: “I don’t know what happened to the actor who played Joey – disappeared without a trace.”
The audience couldn’t help but laugh hysterically at Jeremy, before he moved on to the next question.
Matt co-hosted Top Gear alongside Radio DJ Chris Evans during his reign on the BBC.
However the pair have since been replaced once again by Paddy McGuinness, Andrew Flintoff, and Chris Harris.
The Grand Tour seasons 1-3 are available to stream on Amazon Prime Video now.
