Lisa Snowdon, 47, put on a very leggy display in a shiny pink minidress on Instagram this morning.
The popular TV personality oozed body confidence in the 1980s-inspired outfit for a snap which she shared online with her 238,000 followers.
The model looked sensational in the very short number which featured puffball sleeves and a plunging neckline.
She captioned the snap: “The 80’s called, they want their shoulders back….”
Lisa, who started modelling at the age of 19, spoke about body confidence in her social media post today and how she feels more confident now then she ever has.
She wrote: “I honestly wish I was brave enough to wear this out, the irony is, when I was 20 years younger and I could of or should of worn it I probably wasn’t body confident enough.”
The TV star, who regularly presents fashion and beauty slots on ITV show This Morning, continued: “Now I’m in my late 40’s I’m so much happier in my body, yes there’s things that have changed massively- I’m not as toned or as tight as I was… Gravity and I are constantly battling in all areas, but I’m healthy, I have energy and I’m happy- and life goes on regardless.”
She went on to say: “I’m teaching myself to not sweat the small stuff, I’m learning to embrace the changes that are happening with each passing year.”
Lisa’s posts follows a very glamorous appearance on the red carpet last night.
The star attended the ITV Palooza event at the Royal Festival Hall and wowed in a sparkly sequined number from independent boutique Rixo.
The striped dress featured a flattering horizontal panel at the waist and a thigh-grazing split in the skirt which showcased her toned and tanned pins.
Wearing her hair in a tousled wavy style, she completed her glitzy look with a pair of metallic purple heels.
